Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to support business growth. This role is essential in driving our business-to-business sales strategy and ensuring that we effectively reach our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers on your route, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell our products to customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Take customer orders, process them accurately, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor stock levels at customer locations, manage inventory, and ensure product availability and visibility at shelves.
  • Efficiently plan and execute daily routes to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Provide regular reports to management.
  • Gather feedback from customers and market insights to help improve product offerings and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and other sales team to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies.
  • Monitor market, sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approach accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Provide regular reports to management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisors

About You

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Management.
  • 2 years proven sales experience, preferably within a similar industry in B2B sales.
  • Must have a valid driving license Grade: DEREK 1/Public 1
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and spend 80%-90% of his available time within the assigned route area.
