SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will plan and coordinate maintenance
activities to ensure all assets are serviced according to technical
standards and manufacturer requirements, supporting reliable equipment
performance and safe operations.
This role is based in Adama and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance activities according to standards and procedures to ensure high-quality and efficient work.
- Record all necessary data related to work orders accurately.
- Support operations by maintaining the quality and reliability of property and production equipment.
- Contribute to root cause analyses for recurring or critical equipment failures.
- Participate in Safe Job Analysis and adhere to all Work Permit requirements.
- Provide
documentation for engineering projects, support commissioning of new
assets, and contribute to updates in the maintenance system (PM actions,
standard jobs, spare parts).

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
