SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As an HR & Administrative Officer, you will support the HR department
by performing administrative and clerical tasks, implementing HR
procedures and policies, and independently managing assigned HR &
Administrative processes.
This role is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handling processes such as visa applications, letters etc.
- Data input of global and/or local systems
- Support HR colleagues on projects or work that needs to be conducted in the department.
- Interact with the organization directly in the course of completing assigned tasks
- Interact with external suppliers, such as hotels, caterers, etc., to agree and proceed with booking venues, services, etc.
- Create reports and extracts from various systems/solutions
- Identify and report problems and may suggest solutions

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience within a multinational organization.
