What is Expected of You


As our Quality Control Supervisor, you’ll be a crucial force driving the consistent production of safe, high-quality micronutrient premixes that meet regulatory, customer, and nutritional standards. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to champion food safety, ensure compliance, and play a hands-on role in delivering reliable products that support better nutrition and public health. How You’ll Deliver Impact


  1. Inspect and release equipment and facility for production at the start of operation, after maintenance and pest control activities.
  2. Inspect and test incoming raw and packaging materials as per internal release criteria.
  3. Arrange and verify calibration of weighing balances, check weighers and temperature gauges to ensure accuracy and proper working order.
  4. Monitor operational food safety and quality parameters according to the factory HACCP plan and maintain records and logs for verification.
  5. Prepare samples for external testing and perform required internal laboratory testing for material release and batch monitoring.
  6. Assign batch details and monitor correct coding during production.
  7. Maintain and monitor established hygiene practices, use of appropriate PPEs, and cleaning protocols.
  8. Maintain and monitor the established pest control activities, kits, equipment, and performance of externally sourced pest control activities.
  9. Actively participate in factory quality assurance activities such as audits, verification, and HACCP.

 

What We Are Looking For


  1. 3+ years of food manufacturing Quality Control experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in food science, Food Technology, or related field.
  3. Proven experience in quality control within a food or manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead inspections, testing, documentation control, and non-conformance management while ensuring consistent product quality and audit readiness.
