Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive People Care advisory services for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Serve as the first point of contact for People-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance.
- Support managers with onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and exits in compliance with policies and legislation.
- Deliver high-quality HR services via multiple channels while ensuring strong employee experiences.
- Manage complex People Care cases and maintain ownership of case resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process simplification and automation.
- Collaborate with Country People Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and regional alignment.
- Actively participate in projects focused on AI and automation to enhance People Care services and employee satisfaction.
QualificationsMust-Have:
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and employee services
- Experience providing advisory services across multiple HR topics
- Strong customer orientation and ability to manage sensitive matters
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a regional or multi-country environment
Nice-To-Have:
- Knowledge or exposure to designing AI-enabled or automation solutions
- Experience contributing to the design or optimization of automated People processes
